Requirements

2+ years of experience diagnosing and troubleshooting residential HVAC equipment
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years)
Comfortable using an iPad and ServiceTitan software
Strong customer service skills and the ability to explain and recommend repairs
Experience with variable-speed equipment and replacing components such as capacitors, contactors, and motors
EPA Certification and TDLR license required

Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems in customers’ homes
Perform maintenance and service on air conditioners, furnaces, and heat pumps
Communicate clearly with homeowners about system issues and recommended solutions
Use ServiceTitan to document jobs, notes, and recommendations
Deliver a great customer experience while representing the Radiant brand
