About The Position
DynaTen is seeking a HVAC Service Technician III to join our team! This is a critical position that will be highly visible in our operation. You will help execute our organization’s strategic goals and manage key customer relationships. Additionally, this is a position that offers long-term career growth in service operations and beyond.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of HVAC service experience
- Expert System Knowledge & Diagnostics, including HVAC systems in a residential, commercial and industrial setting.
- In-depth knowledge of refrigeration cycles, psychometrics, and system efficiency optimization
- 3-5 years of experience diagnosing and troubleshooting high-end, multi-stage, variable-speed, and VRF/VRV systems.
- 5 years of experience with Troubleshooting & Repairs, including diagnosing and resolving the most complex mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues
- 5 years of experience with electrical & controls systems, including reading and interpreting complex wiring diagrams, low & high voltage circuits, and advanced control logic.
- Possess EPA Certification and Texas TDLR Registration
- Proven technical capabilities delivered with customer service in mind
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Commitment to integrity and quality.
- Positive attitude and self-motivated
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with and assist customers with their HVAC maintenance, repair, and equipment replacement needs
- Troubleshoot HVAC issues to correct mechanical failures
- Focus on safety and model best safety practices for our team members
- Represent the company by serving as a direct customer contact
- Work on KKT, Cooling Towers, Intellipacks, SCUD Units and Pumps.
- Handles complex HVAC systems independently
- Light to heavy commercial work
- Conducts advanced airflow diagnostics, duct balancing, and static pressure testing
- Positively and professionally represent the DynaTen name and brand to our customers
