Requirements
- Solid residential HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience.
- A track record of turning customer conversations into sales.
- Professional communication, reliability, and pride in your work.
- EPA certification and a valid driver’s license.
- Strong technical skills and sales ability are both required.
Responsibilities
- Run residential service and maintenance calls.
- Diagnose system problems and complete repairs.
- Present and sell repair, upgrade, and replacement options.
- Document findings and take ownership of each call.
