Requirements
- Leadership Experience: You know how to coach, train, and bring out the best in a team.
- Organization & Communication
- Customer-First Attitude: Great service starts with great leadership. Professionalism and positivity are non-negotiable.
- EPA 608 Certification
Nice To Haves
- ServiceTitan experience is a plus.
- HVAC Background: Residential service experience and the technical know-how to back it up
Responsibilities
- Help shape how our HVAC department runs, from training to processes to growth.
