About The Position

Naylor Building Partnerships Inc. is seeking a skilled HVAC Service Journeyperson (313A) with GT1 license (preferred) to join their team in the Whitby area. The role focuses on providing exceptional HVAC service to customers in industrial, commercial, and institutional (ICI) environments. This is an existing vacancy.

Requirements

Related Pre-Apprenticeship training
313A Refrigeration and A/C Systems Mechanic licence required
GT1 Gas Technician license required
Ozone Depletion Prevention certification
Minimum 4-5 years’ experience as a Journeyperson/ Apprentice with service experience in Industrial, Commercial & Institutional (ICI) environments
Ability to provide exceptional customer service through clear and consistent verbal communication and detailed written reporting
Valid Ontario Driver’s licence and insurable on our fleet policy
Ability to obtain a clean security clearance check
Ability to work on call shifts is required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Mechanical and electrical skills
Computer aptitude

Nice To Haves

GT1 license
Experience with chillers
Completion of Working at Heights and Elevated Work Platform training
