About The Position
Southern Home Services is seeking a dynamic HVAC Field Supervisor to join Dunn’s HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical, a Southern Home Services Company. This role involves overseeing and managing the daily operations of HVAC service teams in the field, ensuring effective and efficient execution of HVAC installations, maintenance, and repairs. The Field Supervisor coordinates schedules, manages job assignments, and ensures adherence to safety standards and company policies. This position is crucial for optimizing team performance, enhancing customer satisfaction, and achieving departmental goals, while also promoting a work-life balance.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC systems, demonstrating deep technical expertise.
- Required EPA Certification for compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Exhibits a proactive and enthusiastic approach to work with a strong dedication to delivering exceptional quality.
- Prioritizes outstanding customer service and consistently aims to exceed client expectations.
- Capable of interacting professionally with individuals at all organizational levels, managing diverse situations with skill.
- Demonstrates flexibility and creativity in problem-solving and adapting to changing environments.
- Possesses strong critical thinking and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex HVAC issues effectively.

Responsibilities
- Manage, perform, and supervise the installation, addition, or replacement of HVAC systems in residential properties, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Direct and streamline daily operations, including scheduling, job assignments, and workflow management to optimize team performance and service delivery.
- Oversee and approve the purchase of equipment and repair parts, ensuring that all materials meet company standards and project requirements.
- Supervise and guide a team of HVAC technicians, providing support, training, and performance evaluations to foster professional development and maintain high service standards.
