This apprenticeship is designed to provide the knowledge and technical expertise required to grow into a skilled HVAC professional, with the potential to become a HVAC Service Technician.

Responsibilities

Actively participate in and complete the NexTech Academy.
Engage in structured training sessions at our HVAC Technical Training Center while gaining hands-on experience to sharpen your technical skills.
Support the Lead Service Technician on service calls, ensuring efficiency and precision in every task.
Build strong customer relationships to guarantee satisfaction and earn trust.
Present yourself as a professional, creating opportunities for referrals and repeat business.
Learn to troubleshoot and resolve HVAC issues while adhering to our high-quality standards.
Maintain clean, organized job sites and ensure service trucks are properly stocked.
Assist in the accurate and timely completion of all paperwork and job documentation.
Master and apply the Nexstar Service System in every customer interaction.
Continuously invest in your training and growth as you develop into a top-tier HVAC professional.
Perform additional duties as needed.
