About The Position
ACS Heating & Air is growing and looking for dependable HVAC Service Technicians who take pride in delivering outstanding service to customers. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential HVAC systems, performing preventative maintenance, and communicating repair options to customers.
Requirements
- 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred
- EPA Certification required
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
- Clearly communicate repair options and recommendations to customers
- Deliver exceptional customer service on every call
- Maintain accurate service records using mobile technology
