Clay's Climate Control/Envirosafe is seeking an experienced HVAC Senior Service Technician. This role involves diagnosing and selling repairs or replacements for various HVAC equipment, assisting with installations, communicating with customers and vendors, and maintaining a company-provided service truck. Requirements

A minimum of 10 years of experience in the trade.
A positive attitude with a willingness to treat customers with utmost respect.
A deep understanding of heating, AC, and IAQ equipment and HVAC system designs.
Enthusiasm to learn and grow.
The ability to treat time in client homes as an invited guest.
Ability to work late when the job requires it.

Responsibilities

Diagnosing HVAC issues such as no heat, no AC, insufficient cooling, fan-only operation, unusual noises, or unit leaks.
Selling repairs and replacements for furnaces, boilers, condensers, package units, coils, humidifiers, water heaters, circulators, zone controls, heat pumps, and air handlers.
Assisting in the preparation and completion of sold installations.
Communicating effectively with customers, co-workers, managers, and vendors.
Maintaining an orderly, clean, and fully stocked company truck, which is provided for take-home use.
