About The Position
Valley Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is seeking a skilled HVAC Selling Technician to help build and grow their heating & cooling division. This role is for a confident, self-reliant HVAC technician who enjoys problem-solving and leading by example. The ideal candidate is good with both tools and people, and will run service calls, diagnose problems, perform repairs, and present system replacement options to customers. This position offers the opportunity to design solutions, present them clearly, and close deals without a separate sales team.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on HVAC service experience
- EPA 608 certification (required)
- Strong diagnostic skills and the confidence to back them up
- Self-driven, adaptable, and confident working independently
- Strong communicator and problem solver with a customer-first mindset
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Nice To Haves
- Sales experience is a plus
- ServiceTitan experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Perform maintenance and tune-ups as part of our service agreement program
- Identify replacement opportunities and present system options with confidence
- Design and quote replacement systems that fit the customer's home and budget
- Represent the company with professionalism and genuine care for the customer
