About The Position

Grande Aire, Southwest Florida’s trusted leader in residential and commercial HVAC for over 50 years, is seeking an experienced HVAC Salesperson to join our Sarasota team. This role focuses on growing sales across commercial, residential, and high-end custom builder markets throughout Sarasota, Bradenton, and Tampa (territory: Venice to Tampa).

Requirements

  • 5+ years of HVAC sales experience (commercial and/or residential)
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and energy-efficient solutions
  • Proven ability to manage long sales cycles and close deals
  • Ability to read blueprints and specifications
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with high-end or custom home builders
  • Commercial HVAC knowledge
  • Estimating software or CRM experience
  • HVAC certifications or technical training

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business and manage existing client relationships
  • Sell HVAC solutions to homeowners, builders, developers, general contractors, architects, and property managers
  • Conduct site visits, assess needs, and recommend system solutions
  • Prepare and present estimates, bids, and proposals (including plan/spec review)
  • Coordinate with engineering, design, and installation teams
  • Negotiate pricing and close profitable deals
  • Track leads, pipeline, and sales activity in CRM systems
  • Support projects from pre-sale through completion to ensure customer satisfaction
