Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, lead generation, and closing deals.
  • Ability to create and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals.
  • Solid understanding of HVAC systems, energy efficiency solutions, and mechanical contracting services such as process piping and plumbing.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with a focus on building client relationships and collaborating effectively with internal teams.
  • Ability to assess customer needs, provide technical recommendations, and collaborate with engineering teams to propose tailored solutions.
  • Problem-solving skills, time management, and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with the San Antonio market
  • Sales experience in the mechanical contracting or HVAC industry.
