About The Position

A fast-growing employer benefits platform helps companies fund employee childcare through tax credit programs. The company manages the full process — connecting employers with childcare providers, handling compliance, and enabling organizations to offer valuable employee benefits with significant tax savings. We’re seeking a consultative B2B salesperson to sell a complex, tax-driven employer benefit solution. This role involves educating companies, working with accountants to determine eligibility, and managing the full sales cycle from outreach through close.

Requirements

  • 3+ years B2B sales experience
  • Strong closing ability and relationship management skills
  • Professional English communication

  • Experience in benefits, fintech, payroll, HR tech, or financial services
  • Strong B2B consultative sales experience
