HVAC Sales Specialist

About The Position
As a Residential HVAC Comfort Advisor, you'll be the trusted expert guiding homeowners through one of the most important decisions they can make for their home comfort. You'll evaluate existing HVAC systems, educate customers on their options, and recommend the best solutions based on their home's unique needs. You'll also work closely with our installation team to ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience from consultation to installation.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous residential HVAC sales experience required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in attics, tight spaces, and lift equipment as needed
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when necessary
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and background
Nice To Haves
- Experience with ServiceTitan is preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Evaluate residential HVAC systems in customers' homes
- Perform airflow analysis, load calculations, and infrared/static pressure testing
- Recommend equipment and comfort solutions tailored to each home
- Present options clearly and help homeowners make informed decisions
- Coordinate with the HVAC installation team to deliver a seamless customer experience
