About The Position

Christian Home Services is a growing residential home services company proudly serving homeowners throughout Chester County, Delaware County, and Montgomery County. We provide HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services with a strong commitment to exceptional customer care, technical excellence, and professional service in every home we enter. We are seeking an experienced Sales & Service Manager to lead, develop, and support our field teams while ensuring a consistently high level of service across our entire service area. The Service & Sales Manager plays a critical leadership role within Christian Home Services. This individual is responsible for overseeing daily field operations across HVAC and electrical services throughout our tri-county footprint, supporting technicians, driving performance, and protecting the customer experience. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who understands residential service operations, values people development, and believes great customer service is the foundation of long-term success.

Requirements

  • Experience managing residential service teams in HVAC & electrical, or a multi-trade environment
  • Proven leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
  • Strong customer-first mindset with a commitment to professionalism and service excellence
  • Solid understanding of residential service operations and field workflows
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to lead across a multi-county service area
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and support HVAC and electrical service teams serving Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery counties
  • Ensure consistently high levels of customer satisfaction through strong service standards, communication, and accountability
  • Oversee daily field operations, job quality, productivity, and technician performance
  • Partner with dispatch, customer service, and leadership to optimize workflows and response times across the service area
  • Monitor KPIs, customer feedback, team performance metrics, and operational goals
  • Support technician hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing development
  • Enforce safety standards, company policies, and professional conduct in the field
  • Assist with customer escalations and service recovery when needed
  • Help build and maintain a positive, accountable, team-oriented culture
