About The Position

Due to continued growth, a well-established Regional Commercial Mechanical Services Contractor has an immediate opening for a HVAC Sales Representative. Company has an excellent management team and will provide uncapped income as well as professional growth opportunity. This position with be responsible for selling service and preventive maintenance agreements to Hospitals, Schools, Manufacturing, Industrial Parks, Property Management, and Retail facilities. Territory will cover Central & Northern NJ (North of 1-195) This is an excellent opportunity to grow with an industry leader. Commission offers a competitive base salary, car allowance, and uncapped commission. You will make well into six figures and will have residual income opportunity.

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC sales experience
• Other building systems sales experience (security, fire protection, low voltage, electrical, etc..)

Responsibilities

• Selling service and preventive maintenance agreements to Hospitals, Schools, Manufacturing, Industrial Parks, Property Management, and Retail facilities.
