Requirements

  • HVAC- Plumbing - Electrical or In Home Sales Experience
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of applicable software
  • Dependable self-starter
  • Possess leadership qualities and enjoy working with a team

  • Available to work rotating nights/weekends

Responsibilities

  • Work in tandem with technicians to create solutions for clients.
  • Use knowledge of heating and cooling systems combined with passion for customer service to problem-solve and find the best solutions that fit clients' needs.
  • Act as an advocate for clients and make sound recommendations as if their homes were their own.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure they are completely satisfied with their service.
  • Meet and exceed client expectations for service.
  • Meet predetermined goals for efficiency and quality.
  • Maintain a professional image that sets the example for professional sales people.
