Requirements

Previous in-home sales experience is required
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with a winning attitude and strong work ethic
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

HVAC sales experience preferred
Strong in-home sales professionals from home improvement, roofing, windows, remodeling, solar, or similar industries are encouraged to apply
Proven track record of closing sales and exceeding goals

Responsibilities

Meet with homeowners to evaluate their heating and cooling needs
Present HVAC replacement and upgrade options tailored to each customer's home and budget
Build rapport and establish trust through a professional consultative sales approach
Provide accurate system recommendations and pricing
Follow up on estimates and maintain strong customer relationships
Work closely with our installation and operations teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience
Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals
