We are seeking a high-impact HVAC Sales Manager to lead, coach, and scale our residential sales performance. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, improving close rates, and developing a team of top-performing Comfort Advisors and Selling Technicians. This is not a “ride-along only” role. This is a results-driven leadership position focused on building a world-class sales culture, driving consistent, high-quality installs (not just transactions), and coaching technicians to confidently sell premium solutions over price-based decisions. The ideal candidate is a player-coach who has personally closed high-ticket HVAC systems and can teach others to do the same at scale. Success in this role looks like increased close rates, average ticket, and gross margin, strong pipeline management and consistent lead conversion, a team that can confidently present value—not discount to win, clear, repeatable sales process adoption across all technicians, and development of future top-tier Comfort Advisors.
