We are recruiting for an Experience HVAC Technical Sales Representative for both the London and Hamilton Sales Offices. We offer industry-leading training tailored to maximize your potential, regardless of your existing experience. Our sales offices consist of small, focused groups organized to promote team sales while individuals operate with autonomy to support the needs of the territory. We foster an integrated approach from sales to service, including design to production, with all work completed by Engineered Air employees. Requirements

  • A minimum 3+ years of professional sales experience in a related industry with preference for those with mechanical or electrical backgrounds, including HVAC, construction, controls, service, sales, and design.
  • Strategic and self-motivated with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills with a strong desire to develop relationships with various levels within an organization, providing sales support both inside and out.
  • Strong, independent work ethic, while still promoting and supporting a team focus.
  • Deadline oriented with ability to multi-task effectively.
  • Ability to problem solve unique solutions while liaising with different stakeholders.
  • Possess a valid Drivers' license and Driver's Abstract satisfactory to the company.
  • Ability to own and operate a reliable vehicle for business purposes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide design and technical assistance to contractors, consulting engineers, architects, and owners to promote and sell Engineered Air products.
  • Monitor and coordinate all activities towards orders such as take-off, pricing, bidding, and follow-up of projects within the sales territory.
  • Conduct both inside and outside sales. This involves promoting and selling the full Engineered Air product line inclusive of terms of sale.
  • Monitor and coordinate all activities relating to your account orders, such as processing shop drawings, scheduling deliveries, and supporting after-order service.
  • Respond to customer requests by keeping knowledge current for all products and services, creating enthusiasm for the full product range.
  • Receive updated information regarding project performance, execution, and past production data.
