As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll serve as a key support partner for one or more HVAC Sales Experts. Instead of spending most of your time in the field, you’ll be the team’s organizational and operational backbone — helping manage quotes, proposals, and deal documentation from your desk. The Sales Experts will call or send you information between site visits, and you’ll turn that data into polished proposals, accurate quotes, and well-organized project files. You’ll help ensure every deal is complete, compliant, and ready for handoff to the delivery team. This is an ideal role for someone detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and eager to learn the sales process from the inside out — in a dynamic, growing clean energy company.
