About The Position

As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll serve as a key support partner for one or more HVAC Sales Experts. Instead of spending most of your time in the field, you’ll be the team’s organizational and operational backbone — helping manage quotes, proposals, and deal documentation from your desk. The Sales Experts will call or send you information between site visits, and you’ll turn that data into polished proposals, accurate quotes, and well-organized project files. You’ll help ensure every deal is complete, compliant, and ready for handoff to the delivery team. This is an ideal role for someone detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and eager to learn the sales process from the inside out — in a dynamic, growing clean energy company.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate quotes and proposals based on field data shared by Sales Experts.
  • Help manage follow-up communication with customers, as needed — sending emails, updating proposals, and tracking progress in the CRM.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation and project information are organized and handed off to the delivery team after a deal is signed.
  • Maintain accuracy and consistency in digital records and proposal materials.
  • Help refine templates, tools, and workflows to make the sales process more efficient.
  • Act as a key link between field sales, design, and operations teams — ensuring information flows seamlessly.
  • Communicate regularly with your assigned Sales Expert throughout the day to clarify details, review proposals, and handle updates.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for scheduling, proposal edits, and documentation cleanup.
  • Learn how to scope systems, build proposals, and understand the HVAC sales cycle.
  • Learn how to scope systems, use quoting tools, and handle customer conversations.
  • Receive mentorship and structured feedback to develop into a future Sales Rep.
