About The Position

Join PV Heating, Cooling & Plumbing as an HVAC Sales Consultant/Project Manager, where you’ll guide homeowners toward smarter, more efficient comfort solutions. In this role, you’ll leverage your expertise in HVAC equipment, water heaters, and indoor air quality solutions to deliver trusted, whole-home recommendations. The ideal candidate brings at least 1 year of HVAC sales experience and a strong grasp of building science and weatherization strategies. You should be a detail-oriented professional who can pass all screenings, hold a clean driving record, and thrive on helping clients make informed decisions. Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year HVAC Sales Experience
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, indoor air quality, ERVs, dehumidifiers, HEPA systems, building science, and weatherization
  • High School diploma; College or Technical diploma preferred
  • Need to be able to pass drug test, background check and MVR
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Guide clients in making informed decisions for their homes.
  • HVAC equipment selection
  • Water heaters
  • Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) solutions such as Energy Recovery Ventilators (ERV), dehumidifiers, and HEPA filtration
  • Weatherization strategies including air sealing, insulation, and crawlspace encapsulations
