HVAC Residential Service Tech PM Shift
About The Position
American Residential Services (ARS) is the largest provider of residential services in the US, employing over 7000 professionals nationwide. With over 45 years of experience since its establishment in 1975, ARS offers HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical solutions. This role is for an HVAC Technician responsible for troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing residential heating and cooling systems. The PM shift is from 12 PM to 8 PM, five days a week, with a rotating schedule that includes weekends. Technicians can expect year-round full-time work, with opportunities for high performers to earn over $100k annually. The company provides paid orientation, training, and weekly direct deposit payroll. There is no on-call or overnight work, and flexible shift schedules are available at most locations. Technicians will receive a fully stocked, take-home company vehicle with a gas card, a professional uniform with cleaning service, and comprehensive training opportunities from an in-house Learning & Development team. This training covers technical skills, sales, safety, leadership, and systems. A national network supports professional growth and development, including transfer opportunities.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of RESIDENTIAL HVAC experience.
- EPA Certification (Certification assistance may be available).
- A proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Willingness to go into attics, crawl spaces and lift heavy objects on a regular basis.
- Willingness to put in long, sporadic hours and/or weekends when necessary.
- All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment drug screen, background checks and must have a valid drivers license with good driving record.

Responsibilities
