Requirements

Proven experience leading residential HVAC install crews
4+ years of residential HVAC install experience
Strong understanding of airflow and system performance
EPA certification
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Willing to work occasional overtime during peak seasons
Physically able to handle install work
Strong attention to detail and work ethic

Nice To Haves

Experience with heat pumps and high-efficiency systems
Ability to problem-solve in the field without constant supervision

Responsibilities

Lead residential retrofit HVAC projects from start to finish, owning job execution and final outcome
Manage, guide, and develop install crew members on every job
Install, modify, and commission complete HVAC systems, ensuring proper airflow and overall system performance
Own system quality by meeting code, manufacturer specifications, and company standards
Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners throughout the project
Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites from start to finish
