About The Position

Hassler Heating and Air Conditioning is growing its Install and Service Department and is searching for a talented, dedicated, and knowledgeable HVAC Warranty and Commissioning Technician. This role requires advanced diagnostic abilities on new equipment, familiarity with proper installation codes and practices, and a passion for solving technical problems. The ideal candidate will also have experience training other service technicians or installers, live with integrity, care about providing exceptional customer service, and enjoy taking on new challenges. Requirements

Minimum 2 years of installation experience.
Minimum 5 years of service experience.
Experience in diagnosing Heat Pumps, Air Conditioners, Furnaces, Mini-splits, and knowledge of zoning.
Experience in diagnosing Tanked, Tankless and Heat Pump water heaters.
Commissioning/Startup experience.
Knowledge of installation codes.
Knowledge of proper installation practices.
Must pass a pre-employment background check.
Clean driving record.
Have the desire to grow, succeed and excel in your trade.
Self-starter, able to follow directions, and practice good communication skills.
NATE Core Certification & Acquire Specialty Certifications (Required within 1 Year of employment - Paid by company)

Nice To Haves

Carrier Infinity System Experience.
Trane Communicating Equipment Experience.

Responsibilities

Perform advanced diagnostics on new HVAC equipment, including Heat Pumps, Air Conditioners, Furnaces, Mini-splits, and zoning systems.
Diagnose and service Tanked, Tankless, and Heat Pump water heaters.
Commissioning and startup of HVAC systems.
Ensure compliance with installation codes and proper installation practices.
Train other service technicians or installers.
Provide exceptional customer service.
