About The Position

ADT Pizza, a franchisee of Pizza Hut, is seeking skilled HVAC & Refrigeration Technicians to join their team. This role is crucial for maintaining the operational efficiency of restaurant facilities and equipment, involving routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly.

Requirements

Proven experience as a HVAC & Refrigeration Technician in the restaurant industry or a similar role
Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other related systems
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Ability to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces
Basic knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

Perform regular inspections and maintenance on restaurant equipment (ovens, fryers, oven hoods) and facilities
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues in a timely manner
Conduct routine preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other systems
Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and repair or replace defective parts
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
Assist with the installation and setup of new equipment or fixtures
Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities and report any major issues to management
