About The Position

7-Eleven is hiring an HVAC/R Technician I to help keep its stores running smoothly. The technician responds to service requests involving HVAC, refrigeration, and other in-store equipment; performs minor repairs and preventative maintenance; troubleshoots, inspects, and maintains HVAC systems using tools and technology; manages parts inventory; and completes daily reports. The role also involves training and mentoring junior technicians and collaborating with the team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in HVAC or refrigeration repair and maintenance.
• EPA 608 Type I and II or Universal Certification.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently.
