About The Position
We are seeking skilled and dedicated HVAC/R Install Service Technicians to join our team. This role is critical in delivering top-tier service, installations, and maintenance for HVAC systems. Technicians will diagnose and repair HVAC equipment, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- EPA Section 608 Certification.
- Understanding of electrical components, refrigerant handling, diagnostics, and airflow dynamics.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service abilities.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
- Ability to work on-call shifts as needed.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to service calls, perform diagnostics, and execute necessary repairs.
- Install HVAC systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications and company standards.
- Conduct routine maintenance to optimize system performance.
- Communicate effectively with clients, addressing concerns and providing system guidance.
- Follow all safety protocols and industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate service records, including diagnostics, repairs, and parts usage.
- Track and manage tools, equipment, and spare parts.
- Stay current with industry advancements and certifications.
