Requirements
- Proven experience in residential HVAC service and diagnostics
- Strong ability to identify complex issues quickly and accurately
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to instill trust and confidence in customers
- Passion for doing the job right the first time
- Leadership mindset with a willingness to support team development
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics on residential HVAC systems
- Conduct quality assurance inspections on installs and service work
- Ensure systems are operating at peak performance and efficiency
- Provide customer-facing assurance, clearly explaining findings and solutions
- Support and mentor field technicians to elevate overall team performance
- Represent Christian Home Services with professionalism and expertise in every home
