Requirements

• Practical work experience in their trade (HVAC piping, plumbing, pipefitting and /or mechanical equipment service industry).
• Practical work experience in light commercial or commercial mechanical equipment.
• Minimum of Eight (8) years Commercial and/or industrial, mechanical troubleshooting experience in the HVAC industry and Industrial Petrochemical, or Data Center vertical environments.
• Experience with Rooftop units, pumps, fans, towers, boilers, chillers, compressors, plumbing.
• Attention to detail through interpersonal, digital, and written skills.
• Self-starter with a passion/ desire to learn and apply on the job.
• Prioritize safety in all forms.
• Applicable state or local licensing, and valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

• May be required to satisfactorily pass an examination to identify special skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repair and replacement services on commercial heating and cooling systems.
• Install complete systems, (Chillers, Rooftop Units, plumbing and all supporting mechanical systems).
• Provide on the job training when necessary.
• Write and communicate to the customer problem, cause, and corrective actions.
