About The Position

As a HVAC Project Manager you will be responsible for leading a passionate team to deliver exceptional customer service by meeting clients’ needs and commitments. Project Managers are responsible for the profitable execution of assigned project deliverables with a strong focus on client retention.

Requirements

• A minimum of (5) years prior HVAC project management
• Detailed knowledge of commercial HVAC systems
• Outstanding communication skills
• Strong financial and business acumen and a history of running projects on time and on budget
• Professional image
• Excellent logistics, communication and management skills
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to work with multiple disciplines
• Proactive approach
• Team oriented
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Subcontract management and negotiations
• Vendor PO’s and tracking equipment
• Scheduling
• Change order management and pricing
• Trade-subcontractors proposal qualification
• Close out document preparation
• Punch list review
• Assisting with day to day correspondence, job meetings and request set by the project owner
• Adhere to all company safety standards
• Follow consistent and repeatable management procedures and processes
