About The Position

Premier Systems is seeking a high-performing, organized, field-minded leader to oversee their AOR (Add-On & Replacement) install projects from sold job to final completion. This hybrid role combines aspects of a Project Manager, Install Coordinator, and Field Supervisor. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, communicate with homeowners, support install crews, solve problems in real time, and ensure projects are completed to Premier Systems' standards: Right. Easy. Caring. Growth-focused. This is a dynamic role that bridges the gap between the office and the field, ensuring jobs run smoothly, profitably, and professionally, and is not a desk-bound coordinator or purely hands-on installer position.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of residential and/or light commercial HVAC installation experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience managing HVAC add-on and replacement projects from start to completion.
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience leading install crews.
  • EPA Universal Certification.
  • Ability to read and interpret HVAC plans, specifications, equipment submittals, and installation manuals.
  • Proficiency with technology, including: Mobile field service applications, Tablets and smartphones, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), Job management software (ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Successware, or similar).
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to perform site visits, inspections, and field supervision duties, including climbing ladders and working in attics, crawlspaces, and rooftops as needed.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment background screening and any required drug testing.

Nice To Haves

  • NATE certification(s).
  • Associate degree or technical training in HVAC, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Experience with residential sales-to-installation handoff processes.
  • Experience managing project budgets, labor hours, and material costs.
  • Experience conducting employee coaching, performance management, and field training.
  • Experience with inventory control and equipment procurement.
  • Hydronics and boiler experience a plus.
  • Knowledge of duct design, airflow, IAQ products, and controls.
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
  • Experience using: ServiceTitan, Gusto or similar workforce management systems, GPS fleet management software, Digital inspection and quality control platforms.
  • Familiarity with national and Montana building codes.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate AOR install schedules with dispatch, sales, warehouse, and field teams.
  • Ensure projects are fully prepared before install day: Equipment ordered, materials staged, permits handled, scope verified, job notes complete.
  • Maintain tight install timelines and communicate proactively with clients.
  • Help manage install capacity and crew scheduling.
  • Visit job sites regularly to support install teams and ensure quality standards.
  • Perform spot inspections and quality control checks.
  • Troubleshoot field issues and help crews overcome challenges quickly.
  • Ensure installs are completed to code, manufacturer specifications, and Premier standards.
  • Coach and mentor installers on technical skills, efficiency, and professionalism.
  • Assist with difficult installs or field support when needed.
  • Serve as a point of contact for homeowners during projects.
  • Communicate schedule updates, delays, change orders, and project expectations clearly.
  • Deliver a high-end customer experience from start to finish.
  • Help resolve issues before they become problems.
  • Monitor labor efficiency and job profitability.
  • Help reduce callbacks, warranty issues, and install delays.
  • Support clean job documentation in ServiceTitan: Photos, notes, equipment tracking, change orders, completion records.
  • Coordinate with leadership on project priorities and production goals.
