About The Position
We are a large growing mechanical contractor that works on many large mechanical hvac and plumbing projects. This is a full-time position with great benefits, retirement package, and plenty of room for career growth.
Requirements
- Local Stable work history.
- 3+ years as a Service Tech and 3+ years as a Service manager.
- Strong knowledge in: State Building Codes, Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel), among other CRM software is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Bid-on and accurately attain maintenance service agreements.
- Increase, and improve HVAC Service Department’s revenue and profitability
- Work closely with clients, and leading technicians as well as other office staff-members.
