Requirements

3+ years of sales experience in HVAC & Plumbing sales
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and plumbing services
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using Microsoft office & any digital sales-based platforms such as Salesforce
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
Excellent organizational skills.
Customer-focused with a dedication to delivering exceptional service.
Able to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
Must be able to bend, climb, reach, kneel etc. for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Generate new leads through market research & networking.
Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand client’s HVAC & Plumbing & refrigeration needs and offer appropriate services and solutions.
Prepare and present sales proposals to clients, addressing their specific requirements.
Negotiate contracts and close deals.
Collaborate with operations team to ensure seamless execution of projects.
Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
Consistently monitor industry trends, competitor activities and market developments.
Coordinate with General Manager to develop and execute strategies to drive sales, enhance profitability, and improve customer and employee satisfaction.
