About The Position
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Operations Manager to oversee daily residential and commercial HVAC operations. This leadership role is responsible for managing field technicians, dispatch coordination, scheduling, service delivery, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC operations, team leadership, and process improvement, with the ability to drive performance and support business growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience in HVAC operations management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience managing HVAC installation, service, maintenance, and dispatch functions.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with scheduling, dispatch, and service management systems.
- Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement operational policies and best practices.
