About The Position
We are searching for an experienced HVAC Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of a dedicated HVAC division. This role oversees service, maintenance, and installation teams while ensuring operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, safety compliance, and profitability.
Requirements
- EPA Universal Certification.
- Experience in facilities management or building services.
- Strong customer service and vendor management skills.
- Demonstrated experience scaling HVAC service operations.
Nice To Haves
- HVAC License or Certification is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HVAC service, maintenance, and installation operations.
- Oversee scheduling, dispatching, and technician resource allocation.
- Monitor project budgets, labor utilization, and departmental profitability.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate HVAC technicians and supervisors.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local building codes.
- Conduct field inspections and quality audits to maintain service standards.
- Review and approve estimates, proposals, change orders, and project documentation.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while resolving escalated service issues.
- Manage vendor and subcontractor performance.
- Prepare operational reports and support strategic growth initiatives.
