This role offers the opportunity to service and maintain advanced heavy commercial and industrial equipment, acting as a trusted advisor to customers by solving comfort and building inefficiency issues. The company provides factory certification through its Service Technical Academy (STA) and offers competitive pay and benefits.

Requirements

• Adherence to the company Safety Program.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with HVAC equipment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently.
• A valid driver’s license, with no major or frequent traffic violations.
• Willingness to join the UA of Plumbers and Pipefitters.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical installations and drive results, mentored by peers and other work covered by the labor agreement.
• Perform all assigned work under the direction of the Employer.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems.
• Respond to basic warranty calls.
• Keep JCI, contractors, and the customer informed of job progress and issues.
• Provide recommendations and solutions to ensure facility efficiency, including upselling opportunities.
• Provide quotes to support recommendations and solutions.
