About The Position

We are a Mechanical & Electrical Contractor seeking experienced HVAC Mechanical Installers for new commercial construction and Tenant Improvements (TI's). This is not an HVAC Service Technician position. We are looking for dependable, safety-focused, and professional team players with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality craftsmanship. The role requires a willingness to work in varying site conditions and weather.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5+ years in commercial HVAC installation.
• Sheet metal ductwork installation.
• Setting and rigging rooftop units (RTUs) and air handling equipment.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 within 30 days of hire (required).
• Must have basic hand tools and reliable transportation.
• Dependable, safety-focused, and professional team players.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Willingness to work in varying site conditions and weather.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Nice To Haves

• Brazing and soldering experience is a plus.
• Forklift and Fall Protection certifications preferred (training available).
