Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Universal Refrigerant Recovery Certification required.
- Related experience required to demonstrate ability to operate and maintain typical HVAC Systems.
- Two (2) years experience in a hospital or industrial/commercial environment with knowledge in the maintenance and repair of building HVAC components.
- Universal Refrigerant Recovery Certification
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine predictive & preventive maintenance on Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC) throughout the facilities.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctioning HVAC equipment and systems.
- Make repairs, calibrate, and functionally test equipment and systems.
- Recommend solutions for necessary corrective action.
