You’ll perform preventative maintenance, diagnose issues, provide solutions, and deliver the exceptional service experience that sets Custom Air & Plumbing apart.
Requirements
- Experience in residential HVAC, plumbing, or home service maintenance preferred
- Strong mechanical ability and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude with a “can-do” approach
- Ability to work independently while being part of a winning team
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Perform residential HVAC and plumbing maintenance services with skill and professionalism
- Inspect, test, and troubleshoot equipment to identify potential issues before they become major problems
- Complete tune-ups, safety checks, and preventative maintenance services
- Educate homeowners on system performance, comfort solutions, and recommended services
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and respect customers’ homes
- Provide friendly, reliable service while representing the Custom Air & Plumbing brand
- Document work performed and communicate findings clearly with customers and team members
