About The Position

We also offer a top-notch benefits package , including: Health Vision Dental 401(k) with a company match PTO Growth opportunities Yearly tool and uniform allowance THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS AN HVAC MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN This is a full-time position, Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm, with on-call rotation and daily dispatch directly from home. In this role, you'll start each day from home and head directly to your assigned service area. You'll perform routine residential HVAC maintenance, inspect system performance, clean key components, check safety conditions, identify potential issues, and clearly communicate your findings to homeowners. You'll document all work accurately, maintain your tools and company vehicle, and uphold our safety and service standards, all while delivering the professional, customer‑focused experience Standard Air Conditioning is known for. OUR IDEAL HVAC MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN Valid driver's license with a clean driving record 1+ year of HVAC experience in maintenance or service Basic understanding of residential heating and cooling systems Ability to follow service procedures and safety guidelines Strong willingness to learn and be trained in the HVAC trade A current EPA certification (or willingness to obtain), experience with preventative maintenance, knowledge of thermostats and electrical components, prior customer service experience, strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, basic HVAC diagnostic ability, attention to detail, ability to work independently and in a team, and a positive attitude with a willingness to grow are preferred. Requirements
