Requirements
- HVAC Certification required
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to work at a fast pace.
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Valid Drivers license required
Nice To Haves
- Minimum 2 years experience in building maintenance preferred.
Responsibilities
- Maintain campus, facilities, and equipment by utilizing a variety of building trades
- Utilizes work order system to manage and document completed work orders
- Assist with snow removal as needed
- Ensure safety, quality, and timeliness of completed work
- Conduct regular rounds checking fire extinguishers, exit signs, etc.
