About The Position
We’re looking for skilled HVAC Maintenance Technicians who are passionate about delivering high-quality residential service. In this role, you’ll be part of a supportive, high-performing team where your technical skills and customer service both matter.
Requirements
- 1–2+ years of residential HVAC experience preferred
- Kentucky Journeyman HVAC License Required
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record to operate a company vehicle
- EPA 608 Certification (Type I & II preferred)
- NATE Certifications (Core + specialties a plus)
- Basic HVAC tools in possession
- Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform residential HVAC tune-ups and system inspections with precision
- Deliver a top-tier customer experience on every call
- Accurately complete service invoices and job closeouts
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and internal teams
- Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle
- Stay engaged in ongoing training and skill development
