- Perform routine maintenance on residential HVAC systems.
- Assist senior technicians with diagnostics and minor repairs.
- Identify potential issues and recommend solutions.
- Ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate service records and follow all safety guidelines.
- Deliver professional, courteous service to all customers.
- Clearly explain maintenance findings and recommendations.
- Promote and explain Cooper’s GCM maintenance plans.
- Build trust and positive long-term customer relationships.
