Requirements
- 2+ years HVAC experience preferred
- EPA Certification (or willing to obtain)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and tune-ups on residential HVAC systems
- Inspect units and identify potential issues
- Replace filters, check electrical components, and verify refrigerant levels
- Communicate findings clearly with customers
- Recommend repairs or system improvements when needed
- Complete service documentation and maintain your truck and tools
