About The Position

We are seeking 10 dynamic HVAC Maintenance Technicians for our Sales Team. This role focuses on delivering superior service and solutions, involving both maintenance and understanding client needs to recommend the best products and services for their comfort and safety. Extensive training is provided to develop both technical and sales skills for a successful career. Interviews are currently underway for the next training date on April 22nd. The position offers 14 weeks of paid training, full benefits, a company vehicle upon graduation, and growth potential. For over 80 years, HELP has provided HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services to families across Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, and Southeast Indiana. No prior expertise in heating, cooling, plumbing, or electrical is required, as comprehensive training will be provided.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance on heating and air conditioning systems in residential homes.
Recommend the best products and services to enhance clients' comfort and safety that add value.
Operate tools to inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, from furnaces to condenser units.
Communicate professionally with clients, demonstrate integrity and respect, and identify opportunities to improve their HVAC systems.
