About The Position
Looking to TRADE up to a better opportunity? West Allis is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated residential HVAC Team.
Requirements
- Good work ethic and willingness to learn new residential methods.
- A valid US Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions.
- Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, and the parts and installation teams.
- Keep your company truck clean, inside and out, and maintain inventory
- Properly complete paperwork.
- Join the on-call rotation.
- Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.
- Have or be willing to get the proper certifications. We can help you with this.
