About The Position

SunVena is looking for a motivated HVAC Maintenance & Service Technician who wants to maximize their income through performance. This role is ideal for a professional who is confident talking with homeowners, enjoys solving problems, and is coachable. You will serve customers by diagnosing system issues, performing service repairs, and educating homeowners on equipment conditions and indoor air quality solutions. The ideal candidate is expected to provide quality work while following all applicable local and national codes.

Requirements

HVAC maintenance and service experience.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Strong troubleshooting skills and technical competence.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Physical ability to perform job tasks, including bending, lifting, and climbing.

Responsibilities

Perform residential HVAC maintenance and seasonal tune-ups.
Accurately diagnose system issues and perform efficient service repairs.
Educate homeowners on the condition of their equipment and provide technical insights.
Recommend necessary repairs and indoor air quality solutions when appropriate.
Deliver a first-class customer experience on every visit.
Collaborate with leadership to continually refine technical proficiency and communication skills.
Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
Properly and efficiently document all calls and jobs according to company requirements.
Responsible for a company work vehicle, parts inventory, and assigned equipment.
Perform all work to industry standards and maintain a professional manner and appearance at all times.
Complete any additional tasks as directed by leadership.
