Requirements
- Apprenticeship program, upon hire or
- Associates Other and 5 years commercial HVAC experience, upon hire
- HVAC License: KY, upon hire

Responsibilities
- Maintain facility's environmental systems.
- Assist with general maintenance, installation, and repairs of expansion units, chilled water fan cool units, refrigeration equipment, and pneumatic/electronic control systems.
- Handle both routine and emergency tasks, ensuring a comfortable, safe, and functional environment.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and customize the HVAC Energy Management system to optimize energy savings, lower equipment downtime and repair costs through energy management and preventative maintenance schedules.
- Monitor contract services that provide, install or repair equipment associated with the HVAC, Boiler, Chiller and Refrigeration.
- Complete inspections of all mechanical systems and equipment according to established procedures completing log sheets, checklists and PM sheets as required.
- Complete inspections of all refrigeration systems and equipment according to established procedures completing log sheets as required.
- Complete required documentation in reference to mechanical systems as required by federal, state and regulatory agencies.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems and equipment.
