About The Position

This program is designed for recent HVAC trade school graduates or individuals with under 1-2 years of experience as an HVAC helper or apprentice in residential service. Nevada Heating offers a paid apprenticeship program starting July 9th, providing 100% hands-on training for 6 weeks. The program covers service, repair, and installation, with pay increases at milestones and a guaranteed Maintenance Tech role upon successful completion. Requirements

  • HVAC trade school graduate OR residential HVAC helper experience under 1 year.
  • Clean driving record for the past 2 years.
  • Able to pass a background check and drug screen.
  • Available 40-60 hours per week for the full 6-week program.
  • Perfect attendance required — no pre-arranged absences during training.
  • Must be coachable, punctual, and ready to learn.

Nice To Haves

  • OSHA-10 and EPA certification preferred.
  • Tech savvy — comfortable with smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
